You enter this spacious 3 BR/2.5 bath ocean-front home (2,600 sq ft) by passing through a stunning a fully screened lanai housing a private pool and numerous decorative palm trees. The second floor offers a fully appointed kitchen area; family area, breakfast nook; gulf side dining area; half bath and laundry room. Ten foot ceilings, crown molding, and custom designed window louvres speak to the subtle luxury of this amazing family area, while a furnished screened porch offers beach access via your own private boardwalk to the white powder sands the the Gulf of Mexico is famous for. The third floor offers three spacious bedrooms, two of which provide access to a large, beach front porch with an incredible view of the beach and the Gulf. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, the third a queen. The second floor family area also provides a queen sized pull-out sofa. Let the sound of the surf caress you to sleep amid the gentle rustle of palms swaying off the two beach front bedrooms. PARADISE PALMS awaits you.

Broken Home

Many items in house not functional. Lots of safety issues with the home. Lights not working and glass in shower and a cabinet full of Gasoline. Gates did not latch and the floors in the home were very dirty. I moped up a spill in the lower level and was supprised by the filth on the floor. Beds were not very good either for the type of house I would have expected to have better linens beds.
I did like the location.

We encourage each guest to ‘rate’ their experiences with a particular property, with the Cape San Blas area, and also with our services.As one of Coastal Joe's most recent addition (added 3 weeks prior to the guests' arrival), we realize that Paradise Palms is in need of some maintenance and a ‘deep clean’ to meet our standards- which is why the guest was offered a nearly 50% reduction in price at the time of making the reservation. We appreciate this feedback, as it provides us with specific items that need our attention.
