The views are all at an angle, so when you look straight out the window, you really only see half beach and half the condo next door. There were also a lot of annoying things like remotes didn't have batteries or didn't work, TV had HORRIBLE reception and very few channels, the guest bath tub backed up and overall, the unit seemed a little tired and run down to us. The pool is NOT kid friendly... no floats or toys allowed and it is very small. The work out room has only aerobic machines (eliptical, treadmill, bike). All that being said, we were there for the beach and the unit is right on it! We know the area well and overall love it Destin/Miramar Beach area.
